My farmhouse is located near Rodi Garganico about 50 meters from the sea. It is an ancient 19th century family villa that has been completely renovated. Inside we have created a perfect apartment to spend a peaceful holiday immersed in silence.
It is completely independent. The farmhouse is located in a very quiet area surrounded by olive and citrus groves and has a splendid view.

L'appartamento "Zagare" è composto da due camere da letto da 3 e 2 posti, un divano letto due posti nella sala con cucina e il bagno per una superficie di 120mq. Si affaccia sul giardino del casale e dispone di una uscita a parte che da sulla veranda, con il suo spazio con tavolo e le sedie per godersi il panorama. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di un antico casale dell'800 completamente ristrutturato a 50 metri in linea d'aria dal mare. Grazie alla sua struttura massiccia il casale gode di un clima fresco e gradevole. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a circa un chilometro da Rodi Garganico. Gli unici "rumori" che si possono sentire sono quelli delle cicale e del mare. A circa 400 metri dal casale si può accedere alla spiaggia libera di sabbia.
