The residence of the masters consists of 3 double bedrooms adaptable as triples, each with its own bathroom, small veranda, color TV and air conditioning. In common, available to guests, an eat-in kitchen with a comfortable sofa, color TV and an outdoor area with tables and chairs, a laundry area.
The structure offers a self-managed breakfast per room with everything needed for the stay: milk, coffee, tea, cereals, biscuits, jam, etc. to be managed exclusively within your accommodation at an extra cost.
The kitchen can be used instead for preparation.
An additional cost is required for check-in and check-out outside the indicated time slot, on request and on acceptance: - for check-in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm, an extra cost of €30; - for check-ins from 10 pm to 12 am, an extra cost of 50 euros; - for check-in from midnight to 7:00, an extra cost of €100.
