In the heart of Paris, on the prestigious Ile Saint Louis, this magnificent apartment will seduce you with its authentic charm.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building which is more than 400 years old yet has all modern conveniences. The apartment is in the courtyard of the building so there is not a single noise from the street. It is very quiet and peaceful.
Furnished with refinement, it consists of a dining room, a living room with sofa, armchairs, desk and TV, two bedrooms on the mezzanine with double bed, a library with desk, an independent equipped and fitted kitchen, a shower room, and separate toilets.

Museums (Picasso, Beaubourg, Louvre, Orsay) and Place des Vosges are nearby, Notre-Dame Cathedral is a stone's throw away.

Ideal location for lovely pedestrian walks along the right bank or left bank of the Seine, and to discover Paris along the water, you can take the Batobus at the station just below.

Dans le plein centre de Paris sur la prestigieuse Ile Saint-Louis, ce magnifique appartement de 55 m2 situé au rez de chaussée d'un immeuble du 17ème siècle, dans une cour semi-privative arborée et calme, vous séduira par son charme authentique.

Meublé avec raffinement, il se compose d'une salle à manger, d'un salon avec canapé, fauteuils, bureau, et TV, 2 chambres en mezzanine avec lit double, une bibliothèque avec bureau, une petite cuisine indépendante équipée et aménagée, une salle d'eau, un wc séparé.

Les couchages en mezzanine sont indépendants : il y a une mezzanine dans la chambre-bibliothèque (photo 6), et une autre mezzanine dans le séjour (photo 12). Ces pièces sont isolées l'une de l'autre (mur et porte). L'appartement est équipé de ventilateurs. Une chauffeuse-lit pliant pour enfant est disponible.

Les musées (Picasso, Beaubourg, Louvre, Orsay) et la Place des Vosges sont proches, la cathédrale Notre-Dame est à deux pas.

Emplacement idéal pour de belles balades piétonnes sur les bords de Seine, rive droite ou rive gauche, et pour découvrir Paris au fil de l'eau, on peut prendre le Batobus à la station juste en bas.
