Beautiful, well-equipped house near the beach including a large living/dining room opening onto a kitchen, a pantry, a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed and bathroom with balneotherapy and shower, separate WC, upstairs a 1st bedroom with a single bed and a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with WC. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker and coffee machine, microwave and oven. Terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and a sheltered patio.
Belle maison bien équipée à proximité de la plage comprenant un grand salon/salle à manger ouvert sur une cuisine, un cellier, une chambre en rdc avec lit 140 et salle de bain avec balnéothérapie et douche, WC séparés, à l’étage une 1ère chambre avec un lit simple et un lit double, une 2ème chambre avec 2 lits simples, une salle d’eau avec WC. Cuisine équipée : lave vaisselle, plaques inductions, cafetière et machine à café, micro-ondes et four. Terrasse avec barbecue et salon de jardin et un patio abrité.
Pour tout séjour de plus d’une semaine, remise de 200€ sur la 2ème semaine.
Possibilité de louer uniquement le rdc, 1 chambre double (500 € la semaine) ou le rdc + 1 chambre à l'étage avec salle d’eau (750€ la semaine)
