The property, located on the second floor with a lift, features a spacious balcony with a sea view, a living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious refrigerator, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. It is situated in the most popular area of Gallipoli, the waterfront area, ideal for families with children who gather here for walks and the fun of the Luna Park, with rides and stalls of all kinds.

Upon request, it is possible to use the garage located in the basement (additional cost). Only one car can be parked in the external area, which is privately owned by the building (private access with remote control).

Casa vacanza De Santis è una ottima soluzione per la sua vicinanza ai lidi di Gallipoli, alle attività commerciali di ogni genere, e ai locali di preserata e disco.
La struttura, al secondo piano con ascensore, presenta un balcone abitabile vista mare, soggiorno con un posto letto, cucina abitabile con frigo spazioso, due camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno. Si trova nella zona più gettonata di Gallipoli, la zona del lungomare, ideale per famiglie con bimbi che si riversano qui per le passeggiate e il divertimento del lunapark, con giostre e bancarelle di ogni genere.
Su richiesta, è possibile usufruire del garage posto al piano interrato ( costo extra ). è possibile parcheggiare invece una sola auto nell'area esterna, di pertinenza privata del palazzo( accesso privato con telecomando)
La struttura su richiesta offre un servizio di colazione autogestito con prodotti confezionati da gestire durante tutto il soggiorno con un piccolo extra aggiuntivo.
