Apartment located on the 1st and top floor of a small luxury residence. Quiet in a dead end street, close to food shops and bus stations.
Private staircase. open view of greenery and sea. Terrace shaded by an awning. Air conditioning in every room.
Beaches and coves 5 minutes walk away.
BE CAREFUL there is a cat in the house.. he is outside most of the time, coming in and out as he pleases through the cat flap. No litter, just give him kibble (provided of course). The apartment is ideally located on the edge of the Var department, between Marseille, Aix en Provence and Toulon, starting point towards the Calanques or Sainte Baume
Appartement situe au 1er et dernier étage dans une petite résidence de standing. Au calme dans une impasse , proche des commerces de bouches et stations de bus. Escalier privatif. vue dégagée sur verdure et mer. terrasse ombragée par un store. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces par une pompe a chaleur. Plages et criques a 5mn a pieds. ATTENTION il y a un chat dans la maison .. il est dehors la plupart du temps , entre et sort a sa guise par la chatière. Pas de litière, juste lui donner des croquettes (fournies bien sur). L'appartement est idéalement situe a la limite du Var, entre Marseille, Aix en Provence et Toulon, point de départ vers les Calanques ou la Sainte Baume.
