Like all mountain apartments sorely lacking soundproofing.
But to recommend no problem.

Two mini flats anyway, soundproofing of the building is average and it's a shame that we should go up to the first floor (in the corridor) to find the ski room.
Balconies allow you to enjoy the sun. It is close to the slopes and shops and yet very quiet with an unobstructed view of the mountains. We rented for the second year because we had already enjoyed this apartment last year.
The only downside could be the bedding double bed room, the mattress sags a bit in the middle.

Value / very good price. It is on the 1st floor and it is really convenient to carry the equipment.
Everything is close to the shops.
