Mon appartement est loué pratiquement 6 mois de l'année et seulement 2 locataires se sont plaint de la capacité de production d'eau chaude, certes le cumulus n'est pas grand mais la production d'eau chaude et immédiate, pour avoir de l'eau chaude, il est évident que tout dépend de utilisation que l'on en fait, si vous restez 15 mm sous la douche et que vous prenez des bains, il arrive un moment ou vous n'avez plus d'eau chaude
