In the bathroom there is the shower with hot water.
The villa is situated in a private avenue and is 20 m away from the beach.

-PRIMO PIANO: soggiorno con divano letto ad un posto e mezzo; ampio bagno con doccia; camera da letto matrimoniale; camera con 2 letti singoli; cabina armadio.
-TOTALE POSTI LETTO: 8/10
-ESTERNO: la casa è costeggiata su due lati da un ampio giardino con barbecue e doccia.
La villa si trova in un viale molto tranquillo ed è a 30 mt dal mare (si tratta di spiaggia libera; lidi attrezzati invece si trovano a circa 500 metri).
Biancheria (lenzuola ed asciugamani) non inclusa.
L'ingresso è previsto tra le ore 16.00 e le 20.00, mentre l'uscita entro le ore 10.00
Per il soggiorno di un animale da compagnia è richiesta una cauzione di 150€ per eventuali danni al giardino e/o all'arredo

Friendly and helpful owners.
The house was clean and the owners were always available to resolve some misunderstandings cared.
The location is great being a few steps from the beach and allows you to not have to move your car.
Not far away there were supermarkets equipped to do food costs.
I recommend it to anyone interested.
