Été / Hiver ''Parc de la Vanoise'', dans le village authentique de Savoie, à PEISEY-NANCROIX, à 1350 m d'altitude, au cœur du PARADISKI et du Parc de la VANOISE, parkings gratuits.
Navettes et télé-village ''lonzagne'' de liaison avec la station (gratuit en saison ÉTÉ / HIVER) à 200 m du chalet, vous dépose en moins de 5 min. sur les pistes de ski alpin de PEISEY-VALLANDRY et de randonnées, et au pied du VANOISE-EXPRESS; navette à 80 m du chalet ou accès à pied.
Liaisons entre les sites, par navettes régulières ÉTÉ-HIVER (gratuites), départ à 80 m du chalet (devant l'office du tourisme).

A proximité du village, vous entrez dans le site du ski nordique et de randonnées, dans un cadre pittoresque exceptionnel de la Vanoise.
Nombreuses activités: randonnées (GR 5), activités sportives, tennis, pêche, raquettes, parapente, VTT, escalade ''via ferrata'', canoé, piscine, centre aqualudique à ARCS 1800, golfe à ARCS 1800; découverte de la nature: faune et flore protégée ''Parc de la Vanoise'', aiguille rouge (Alt. 3226m), au parc de la Vanoise (départ des randonnées de moyenne altitude, des refuges)...........
Description du chalet: vue sur les montagnes dont l'ALLIET 3109 m et BELLECOTE 3416 m.
Niveau rez de chaussée, de plein pied:
- Séjour, exposition Sud Est et Sud Ouest avec vue sur les montagnes et la forêt; canapé, mobilier, télévision sur antenne satellite....
- Cuisine indépendante très fonctionnelle, équipée (micro-onde, four, plaques cuisson, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, barbecue électrique, appareils à raclette et à fondue, cafetières filtre et senséo, bouilloire, vaisselle.....).
- Terrasse-balcon en bois, exposition Sud Est, accès direct depuis le séjour, table et sièges de plein air. Rack à skis.
Escalier intérieur (depuis le séjour) d'accès au niveau inférieur, rez de jardin de plein pied avec le jardinet:
- Chambre parentale avec 1 lit 2 personnes, armoire, vue sur la forêt et la montagne; dressing et coin rangement.
- Salle d'eau avec: douche, meuble toilette, wc, lave-linge, sèche serviette électrique.
- Terrasse sur le jardinet, accès direct au balcon par l'extérieur; tables et sièges de plein air. Local fermé pour skis ou rangement.
Escalier intérieur (depuis le séjour) d'accès au niveau supérieur, à l'étage:
- Chambre mansardée style savoyard avec 1 lit 2 personnes, et 2 lits (jumelables) 1 personne.
Jardinet clos, idéal en été ; terrasse ombragée.
Location et tarif à la semaine ; du samedi 16 h au samedi 10 h.
Règlements : acompte 30 % à la réservation; solde encaissable 1 mois avant l'arrivée, par chèque bancaire, virement bancaire. chèques vacances acceptés (minimum 200 €, en 20 et 50 €, + frais de gestion).
Caution : 500 € la semaine.
Taxe séjour en sus.
Ménage, draps et consommables: à votre charge, possibilité de location sur place.
Animal de compagnie autorisé (après entente préalable, uniquement en été), limité à 1 petit chien, participation de 40 € / semaine.
Gros chien et NACS non acceptés.

The chalet is very well appointed and (over-) equipped with a beautiful view of the mountains. Shops are available on foot (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, grocery store, ...).
The owners are really lovely and very outgoing; We highly recommend this location ! We even think of coming back without hesitation!

We had a pleasant week at 4. 500 m from the ski lifts (a kind of gondola) and 200 m from the shuttles (with schedules not very clear in season to go to the station). We were made welcome and nothing was missing in the accommodation.

The area is just beautiful, the small village of Peisey very nice with a special charm of the mountains, good bakery 5 minutes walk, small shop, etc.
Free telévilllage 10 min walk, great to go to the station Vallandry. Activities for children with a pass of 15 euros for 4 days, great owl too.
A very good value for money so! To redo!

The village of Peisey is very welcoming and has the advantage of offering shops (bakery, butcher and restaurant) to very nice tenants!
In addition, the proximity of ski resorts has allowed us to practice many activities (walking, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning) while allowing accommodation in a wilder and typically mountain scenery.
From Peisey-Nancroix, you can take shuttles to "baskets ", which go directly to the slopes of Peisey-Vallandry / Plan de Peisey.
Pleasant rental.
Always so nice, clean and well equipped.
The owner is very kind and attentive, she tries to satisfy her tenants.

Ideal for 4 people.
Very well located, 80m from the free bus shuttles (last stop before the lifts), 120m from the bakery, sherpa, ski rental shop.
The washing machine is a real plus.

Nothing to say about the equipment: everything works, nothing is broken and everything is in sufficient quantity (quilts, dishes, chairs, coat racks, ...).
Easy access to ski slopes via gondola and / or free shuttle.

And this change of scenery plan is very successful, the area is really beautiful. We already knew the two summer holidays in La Plagne here many years. Without large displacements, we tasted this kind '' round the world '' as St Germain, Sainte Foy, Le Crot or Rosuel. We "conversed " with marmots and made a lot of photos, the meadows and edges of road covered with flowers. I'm not certain that with better weather we would have done and seen more things. The strawberries are excellent, and the people, traders or not, many open to friendly conversation with tourists.
In terms of housing, Ms C told us that the owners had put themselves in the cottage status, and as such, I address their congratulations, as do better is not possible in my opinion. The materials are sought, quality and overall is very thoughtful,perfectly thought out and practical. A remarkable development in a small space, it does not feel as such, at least two people.

By cons, layout and comfort are set avant.et always appreciated people staying both winter and summer.
Tenant satisfaction is our priority.

We usually go on vacation in the cottages and this one is by far the most comfortable we've ever experienced (including bedding) and very well equipped (whether at crockery or appliances) .
The cottage is very clean and well maintained. We also liked to find everything needed for maintenance (consumable, vacuum ...).
It is also well located and provides access to numerous walks.
We were also very well received.
I would definately recommend this house to friends.

Since that comment, the shops are open new season in September and (supermarket, bakery, butcher, newsagent ..........).
