The apartment is about 1500 meters from the sea and includes a living room with kitchen corner, a settee/double bed, a double bedoom, a room with two beds and a bath with shower, for a total of 6 beds. Large balcony with stupendous seaview, partly covered and equipped with table and chairs. Services include Sat Tv, electric oven, washing machine, small barbecue and parking. There is a shopping centre nearby with shops, cafe, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Possibility to go to the Sporting Center of Costa Paradiso, where there is a great swimming pool, tennis field, football, cafe, disco, animation and games for children.

L’appartamento dista circa 1500 metri dal mare ed è composto da un soggiorno con angolo cottura dove troviamo un divano letto matrimoniale, una camera matrimoniale, una camera con due letti ed un bagno con doccia, per un totale di 6 posti letto. Ampio terrazzo abitabile, con stupenda vista mare, in parte coperto ed attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. Tra i servizi sono compresi TV SAT (decoder Sky senza scheda), forno elettrico, lavatrice, piccolo barbecue e posto auto.
