Studio with mezzanine for 4 to 6 people in a luxury residence built in stone mountain remarkable comfort. Helios residence located in Barèges main road near the city center with space for car parking in private outside the foot of the building.
. Located on the 3rd floor access by elevator or stairs, quiet, beautiful in completely renovated building, southwest, warm and bright, with views from sunny balcony on the massif of the Ardiden. Equipped with every comfort, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker ... ACCESS TO THE SKI AREA

Regular shuttle bus at the foot of the residence to get to the bottom of the ski slopes located 2km away. You are now at the foot of the largest ski area in the Pyrenees, called Tournabou superbarèges. The resort has two large Tourmalet ski areas with modern facilities linking La Mongie on the eastern flank through the Pic du Midi.

Situé au 3° étage accès par ascenseur ou escalier, au calme, dans beau batiment entièrement rénové, orientation sud, chaud et lumineux, avec vue depuis balcon ensoleillé sur le massif de l'Ardiden. Equipé tout confort, cuisine amménagée équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, four électrique,four micro ondes plaques cuisson électriques, réfrigérateur, cafetière... Centre de loisir Hélios pour enfants et ados dans la résidence au rez de chaussée, avec piscine-squash, coin repos-salon de lecture...Local à ski privé à disposition.Les commerces sont à proximité à 150m maximum. Grand nombre de restaurants avec choix gastronomique ou restauration rapide à emporter.

ACCES AU DOMAINE SKIABLE
Navette régulière au pied de la résidence pour se rendre au bas des pistes de ski situées 2km plus haut en suivant le col à environ 10mm. Vous êtes alors au pied du plus grand domaine skiable des pyrénées, lieu dit de Tournabou à superbarèges. La Station du grand Tourmalet comprend deux domaines skiables aux équipements modernes en reliant La Mongie sur le flanc Est en passant au pied du Pic du Midi.

The spa is located in Barèges 1300m altitude in the most tourist mythical Pyrenees region on the road to Col du Tourmalet, run each year by the runners of the Tour de France.
