Lovely holiday flat for rent. Very quiet. Fully furnished, well decorated with TV, microwave oven,washing machine. Terrace with table (beside the dining room), and little garden in front of the room (park view). Located in a residence with a large park, an indoor pool and sauna.The apartment is 10 minutes from the beautifull historic center of La Rochelle and the beach. The residence is located near shops, and bike paths (secure, shady and very pleasant for walking) .
Cet appartement se situe dans une belle résidence. Elle est entourée d'un grand parc de 3 hectares, et équipée d'une piscine interieure chauffée, avec sauna et bain bouillonnant. L'appartement est très calme. La salle à manger dispose d'une baie vitrée ouvrant sur une terrasse avec salon de jardin. La chambre a une fenêtre et une porte fenêtre ouvrant sur un jardinet privé, côté parc. L'appartement est equipé d'un lave linge, et d'une connexion wifi ( fibre) et d'une télévision. La résidence et le parc sont clos de murs .
Le parking est à l'interieur de la résidence avec une place réservée. A proximité immediate, vous pourrez rejoindre le canal de rompsay pour d'agreables promenades à pied ou en vélo sur pistes cyclable ou chemin. Elles vous conduiront coté "bois" ou coté " vieux port".
