The apartment is free on three sides, with a separate entrance and an elevator that ensures relaxing stays and quietness which is perfect for older and younger people.
The furniture is simple and modern with wooden floors in the bedroom and in the living room, equipped with all comfort.
In the garden there is a large pool deck for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine, plus outdoor showers.

Libero Su tre lati con entrata indipendente e dotato di ascensore garantisce soggiorni in completo relax e tranquillita perfetto quindi sia per anziani che per giovani coppie.L'arredamento é semplice e moderno con parquet in legno sia in camera che in soggiorno e dotato di tutti i confort necessari.Nel giardino residenziale di sessanta metri quadrati si trova un'ampia piscina alcune sdraio per il relax e per prendere il sole con docce all'aperto.
L'appartamento è fornito di posto macchina.
La posizione è estremamente interessante, trecento metri dalle terme e a due passi da negozi e supermercati,a otto km dai parchi giochi più famosi in italia e a tre km circa dal Centro Storico di Sirmione.

By car, direction Venice-Milan on the highway A4, exit Sirmione, towards the center and then after the spa center, the residence is on the right side. By train, stop at the station Desenzano / Sirmione or Peschiera station and the bus which runs every hour will take you to Via Roma in the center of Sirmione. Then just take the bike path towards Porto Riel, at the second roundabout turn right then take the second road on the left.The nearest Airport is Bergamo orio al Serio or Verona Valerio Catullo
