You will enjoy facilities of the surrounding towns in a very quiet and restful atmosphere, where flora and faun have been perfectly protected.
This is a typical Charentaise house, totally renovated with very good taste in 2005, with a close yard on the front (55 m²).
Having a total surface area of 200 m², this charming two-floored house can accommodate 8 people.
The ground floor : the entrance, the large living room, the dinning room, the kitchen with an adjoining laundry (including a hower-room for a quick shower after beach), independent toilets, the “bedroom on the garden” with its queen size bed, with bathroom and toilets.
The first floor : the large relaxing living room on the landing, the “marsh bedroom” (a double bed, a large cupboard) with its view on the marsh, the “sweet bedroom” (a double bed), the “children bedroom” (2 single beds), the spacious bathroom, with shower and bath, the independent toilets.
