Very nice home
Nice and comfortable...
Clean and warm, about 10 minutes from La Rochelle by car.
Many visits to do in the surroundings.
Mr. D is very available.
We spent two very pleasant weeks of vacation, very functional apartment with all the desired comfort, location facing the sea with a breathtaking view of the port and the beach, the owner is attentive to his tenants.
The area is ideal for a couple.
The underground parking is more especially when you have to load the car and it rains ... and what about the balcony very well located with a breathtaking view. We will be back and recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay with a week in February very sunny almost summer.
The owner is responsive and sensitive to the comfort of his guests. The welcome, made by a person living in La Rochelle is warm and personalized.
I recommend in all points this rental to spend great moments of relaxation in La Rochelle.

The location is very well located at the foot of the beach.
Magnificent view.
Downtown is connected in a very short time by bus of the seas.
I highly recommend, to change air is great.
Immediate proximity to the beach and several restaurants. No shops except a small supermarket. A few steps away you take the sea bus to the old port (take a subscription at Yelo in the place of verdun if you take this boat often, it is also valid for the Passeur and all the buses and costs only 12 euros).
Bike path and walks to Aytre and the city. This accommodation is an excellent starting point to discover the region. Garage a bit difficult but parking space available nearby. Just a regret: the bay window of the terrace no longer closes. Too bad and not very reassuring.

The owner is friendly and accommodating but it is slightly more expensive than its neighbors, I do not know what this is from.
The weather was perfect but the sea a bit chilly but good is not the Atlantic and Corsica.
In summary it was very good and we can go back one day after visiting another region, who knows ......

Bright apartment facing the beach and the sea with a terrace which allowed us to eat there and enjoy the sun from 13 hours until sunset which allowed us to make great pictures.
Lively with shops, good walks and cycling with all these aisles.
We retain this address for a future stay in Rochelle.

The apartment is in conformity with the description, and very well equipped!
The view is really beautiful, we were treated to a beautiful sunset every night!
The proximity to the beach and the sea bus to connect the old port is a plus!
We hardly have needed to use the car for the week.
The owner's representative on site was very friendly and punctual.
In short, we would definitely return!

The interior is simple but practical, balcony terrace is very well exposed.

Sea bus to use to get so nice in the old port (Pass available at the tourist office for 1, 3 or 7 days).

We will come back probably because a week is too short to explore this beautiful region.

Dream landscapes.
Everything went very well for our first experience "holiday ".
The apartment is ideally located for access to the beach, shops, marina and sea bus which allows you to easily reach the old harbor with all its activities.
We visited the maximum possible feasible in a week as the aquarium, maritime museum, a ride in a carriage, 3rd round (ale ale it climbs), the town hall, market, station, Fort Boyard of course, walked through the bridge of the Ile de Ré, visited Fouras Chatelaillon beach and did a little tour in Boyardville on the island of Oléron, among other things, so a busy week. I do not quote all the shops we skimmed (along with two females this is not surprising).
For 20 years we wanted to visit the region of La Rochelle because what we liked to see well, we were not disappointed landscape.
In summary: very nice week in a good apartment in a beautiful area with a small weakness IslandOléron attracted us and we will certainly revisit.
