The Guest House consists of two elegant twin-style farm houses.
Each villa consists of the above-mentioned rooms, i.e. 2 rooms for 4 people (4 rooms and 8 people in total) newly built, separated by a patio, surrounded by a large garden. The patio and pergola are decorated with roses and jasmine, and offer a large shaded outdoor area. The entire surface of the two houses is covered by a huge terrace offering a splendid view. Each villa has a parking area. The property is surrounded by a very nice large garden with ancient olive trees, cherry trees, flowers and herbs. The garden leads to the 14×6-meter swimming pool, situated in the midst of monumental trees and surrounded by lawns and flowering plants. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the two houses. The pool divides the two houses in the other garden, in the center of which stands the owners' house. The property is located in the middle of beautiful countryside overlooking "Vignola Lakes " in the town of Conversano. The property includes two acres of land planted with olive trees, cherry trees and fruit trees, which is accessed directly from the garden.

INFORMIAMO CHE A OGNI CAMBIO OSPITI GLI AMBIENTI SARANNO SANIFICATI DA IMPRESA AUTORIZZATA.
La Casa vacanze si compone di due eleganti villette gemelle in stile masseria. OGNI VILLA SI COMPONE DEGLI AMBIENTI SOPRADESCRITTI CIOE' 2 CAMERE PER 4 PERSONE (4 CAMERE E 8 PERSONE IL TOTALE DELLE DUE VILLE) e anche gli arredi sono identici.
Le due ville sono dei nostri figli e le affittiamo nei periodi in cui non sono occupate da loro o da amici e parenti. Ognuna di mq 60, di nuova costruzione , separate da un patio, circondate da un ampio giardino.
Il Patio e un pergolato perimetrale in legno, ornato di rose e gelsomini, offre un largo ed ombreggiato spazio esterno di piacevole vivibilità.
L'intera superficie delle due villette è coperta da un enorme terrazzo/solarium da cui si gode una splendida vista .
Ogni villetta è dotata di un parcheggio ombreggiato.
L'insieme è circondato da un grande giardino, molto curato, dove troneggiano ulivi centenari, ciliegi, fiori e piante aromatiche.
Dal giardino si accede alla splendida piscina a sfioro in ceramica Basizza, di mt 14 x 6, situata in mezzo ad olivi monumentali e circondata da prato e piante fiorite. La piscina è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti delle due villette.
La piscina divide le due villette dall'altro giardino al centro del quale si trova la casa dei proprietari .
L'intero complesso sarà a disposizione esclusivamente degli ospiti delle due ville. E' una soluzione ideale per due famiglie che potranno godere assieme degli spazi comuni ma anche avere ognuna la privacy della propria villa.
Le due ville, la piscina e la villa dei proprietari, hanno ognuna un giardino e una recinzione di separazione fra loro e l'intero complesso è recintato verso l'esterno.
Alle due villette si accede tramite un cancello motorizzato ad uso esclusivo delle due villette stesse. Gli ampi giardini delle villette e della piscina sono ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti Le villette affittate e la villa dei proprietari hanno cancelli d'ingresso separati
Il complesso si trova nella splendida campagna al centro del triangolo Polignano-Monopoli/Castellana grotte/Conversano. Circondano il complesso due ettari di terreno agricolo di proprietà, a cui si accede dal giardino, con olivi secolari, ciliegi, mandorli e altri alberi da frutto
A disposizione: ping pong, calcio da tavolo, freccette.
Il proprietario è a disposizione per introdurvi al mondo del golf.
I proprietari nei periodi in cui affittano abitano nello stesso complesso in una villa a 100 mt dalle ville in affitto e saranno lieti, se lo desiderate, di aiutarvi per ogni necessità e darvi le informazione per meglio godere della vostra vacanza. Parlano Italiano, Inglese, Francese, Spagnolo

Shallow and ideal for children, the pool is beautiful: flush water, pretty blue tiles and beautiful night lighting.
All rooms are air conditioned (adjustable separately) and the kitchen is well equipped.
The owners live in a house on the same property and have found the right balance between warm welcome and discretion: Rosalia and Luciano are adorable and in love with their area. In perfect French, they can advise you on the visits to make. And then we were pampered with nice little touches ...

The pool is large with space all around to sit quietly and enjoy the places, although the sea is less than a quarter of an hour by car for those who prefer.

The houses of "Leralora " are located in the middle of a large garden with beautiful and old olive trees. Next to the garden there is a large swimming pool.
The modern villas are decorated in a modern style and are tyred of everything. The houses have a spacious patio and terrace.
