TYPICAL MOUNTAIN CHALET FOR 4/5 PERSONS, TOTALLY INDEPENDENT
Typical mountain chalet located among fir trees, with peaked roof covered with slatestones; facing S/SW, fully independent, equipped with all conveniences (classified 3* for 5 people maxi). The chalet is surrounded by grounds where children can play safely nearby in winter (parking space in summer). Quiet location.
Large terrace with no overlooking neighbours; garden furniture and deckchairs.
HEATING: closed fireplace with wood provided at will, electric heaters, underfloor heating at night on the ground floor.
Loan of raclette, fondue, crepes & waffle machines upon request.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
* in 1-minute by car and 6 minutes walk from the commercial center, the slopes, ski lessons, doctor, restaurants. FREE SHUTTLE stop at 50 M
Rate agreement (- 25 %) with a ski shop at Chamrousse 1750. Possibility to leave skis and ski shoes at the store at the bottom of the slopes
*On the first floor, bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and a single bed (90); toilet, shower and washbasin, washing machine.
*On the ground floor: kitchen area - toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, vitroceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher. Living room with a double sofa bed (140 x 200); TV. Closed fireplace. Toilet and sink.
2 bed covers/bed, 1 pillow/bed (+ an extra one), 1 undersheet/bed, 1 pillow-cover/pillow (not pillow case). Possibility to rent linen and towels; please contact us.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: 400 € refunded at the end of the stay if no damage.
