VILLA FORN. NUEVA CASA A 250M DE LA PLAYA
Newly built terraced house with modern decor and spacious bedrooms. It has a private 9x4 pool with Roman steps.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed.
From the living room you can access the first floor via a comfortable staircase, where we find 3 magnificent bedrooms with access to the terrace, 2 of them with 2 single beds and the remaining one with double bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this floor.
From one of the terraces you can enjoy a great view of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The house has 2 air conditioners, one located in the dining room and the other in the main bedroom of the house.
All the windows of the house have a mosquito nets.
Casa adosada de nueva construcción con una decoración de estilo moderno y amplios dormitorios, tiene una piscina privada de 9x4 con escalera romana. En la planta baja se encuentra un amplio salón comedor con sofá cama para 2 personas, la cocina espaciosa y completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, un baño completo con ducha y un dormitorio con cama matrimonial. Desde el salón comedor se accede mediante una cómoda escalera a la primera planta donde encontramos 3 magníficos dormitorios con salida a terraza. 2 de ellos con 2 camas individuales y el restante con cama de matrimonio. Hay también un baño completo con ducha en esta planta. Desde una de las terrazas se puede disfrutar de una estupenda vista al mar por un lado y a la montaña por el otro. Las casa cuenta con 2 aparatos de aire acondicionado, uno situado en el comedor y el otro en el dormitorio principal de la casa. Todas las ventanas de la casa tienen mosquitera.
