The view is magnificent, the neighborhood quiet.
The garage and the bicycle storage room are very positive points.
I recommend this accommodation
Access to the terrace from the living room and the bedroom.
Garage in the residence.
Close to the shopping streets.
Disappointed, however, by the 140 bed, a 160 would be appreciated, as well as a small washing machine in the broom cupboard.
Service in accordance with the announcement. The welcome on site by Daniel is very friendly. Mr M. JY is a serious owner.
The residence is well kept and secure, mainly from the owners.
The only downside: Very noisy rental neighbors, disrespectful of the sleep of others, this is one of the risks of rentals, now, even in well-kept rentals.
Its location in the city and in a quiet area and close to the beach is very appreciable.
Many thanks to Daniel for his very friendly welcome, his kindness, his attention and his availability.
Thank you also to the lady of the concierge for her kindness.

It would be perfect with a washing machine.
The receptionist and the caretaker are very nice people.
Good benefits with functional and modern equipment. Conform to the description.
Very pleasant week, in spite of a time a little capricious and fresh for a beginning of June.
A special mention for the gardener (former caretaker of the building) very friendly, who introduced us places with great professionalism.
New caretaker very kind, too.

In short, happiness!
Quiet area, shops within walking distance (bakeries and supermarkets), and hypermarkets near by car, beautiful view (it should however cut a few branches of the pine to clear the view of Saint-Malo intramural and the port), beautiful sunrises sun and good walks quite accessible (many places to discover in Dinard).
Concierge concierge, available and good advice with whom we exchanged our discoveries.
Also possibility of cleaning, at the end of the stay, for total holidays.
Beautiful view, living room and bedroom.
Very nice service, very pleasant apartment to live and decorated with taste, we even had lunch in the sun on the balcony, in this month of November!
A very special thought for the caretaker, who is of great kindness and helpfulness.

Many possibilities of boat trips from the pier located 5 minutes of the lease; important market 3 days a week and restaurants with seafood for fans.
I can only advise this property very well equipped, very clean and very quiet.

As for the apartment to be sure it is still free I shall be tempted to issue a very low opinion but not being dishonest, this apartment is just beautiful, because of its view, its state rather nearly new, very well equipped, the rental of this flawless apartment deserves only compliments it in every way viewed!
