Very peaceful,large apartment of over 150 m² on 2 levels with a bright, sunny living room of 85 m², opening out onto Lautaret Valley, Mount Prorel, Mount Grand Area and acres of grassland accessible from the foot of our house.
Located between Serre Chevalier 1200 and Serre Chevalier 1350 ski stations, both easy and quick to get to.
Close to shopping and leisure facilities in Briançon, which is just 2km away, but at the same time maintaining the ambiance of a quiet village. Very old family house, completely renovated in 2007.
