Located in charming Saignon's village in the Luberon Regional Nature Park ( 55 minutes from Avignon and its festival and 50 minutes from Isle sur Sorgue and its antiquities shops ) , take advantage of this Provencal villa of 170 m2 on the ground fllor, one half acre along the river Calavon.

Sunny, quiet, a few km from Saignon and the famous Apt's provencal market , very comfortable (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well equiped kitchen, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven .. . ), it comfortably accommodates 12 people for great hollidays or long weekend walks in Provence and its village ( Calavon's bike path very close from the house, Saignon 4km, Roussillon and its ocher 15 km, 18km Bonnieux, Gordes 25 km...)
 The fenced private swimming pool 10 mx 5 m and its solarium will delight children and parents for hot afternoon or long evenings with friends. The house is currently ranked 3 cles by the Departmental agency of Vaucluse.
