Il carrubo - confortevole appartamento
The Carob apartment is approximately 300 meters from the sea and is located in a building surrounded by greenery isolated from other surrounding homes.
The apartment has a parking area of a large veranda with wooden pergola covered with tables and chairs for outside, a back garden of 20 square meters with tables and chairs, an umbrella, a shower and a barbecue.
The house is also equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday: washing machine, pots, tv.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for 10 € per person. There is also air conditioning which is not much used because the environment is very fresh and well ventilated naturally.
L'appartamento il carrubo è ubicato a circa 300 metri dal mare ed è collocato in una struttura circondata dal verde. L'appartamento è provvisto di parcheggio interno di un ampia veranda con pergolato in legno coperto, con tavoli e sedie per esterno, con giardino sul retro e di lato provvisto di doccia e barbecue. Per come è ubicato l'appartamento oltre ad essere naturalmente molto fresco, è anche ottimamente ventilato tanto da essere molto confortevole. Inoltre per gli appartamenti a piano Terra si ha l'opportunità di rilassarsi e mangiare fuori tranquillamente sul davanti e sul retro dell'appartamento. Questo non è possibile per gli appartamenti a primo piano che hanno l'uscita sul davanti in una gradevole terrazza attrezzata di tavoli, doccia e barbecue. L'abitazione inoltre è provvista di lavatrice, pentolame, tv. Si possono noleggiare le biancherie. Inoltre è presente un condizionatore che viene poco utilizzato perchè gli ambienti sono molto freschi e ben ventilati naturalmente.
