The houses of Monte di Rota are located on top of one of the highest hills in the area and offer a view over the Chianti area until Siena. They are surrounded by a large park of oaks. Thanks to their position between the towns of Siena, Arezzo and Florence, they are ideal for anyone looking for accomodation which offers both relaxation and sightseeing.

The “Campo” apartment has recently been restored. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a living-room which - thanks to its sofa-bed - can also be used as a third bedroom. Each bedroom has its own, private bathroom. There is a kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. Outside, you'll find a loggia with a table for lunch/dinner outside as well as a private garden with its own barbecue.

Finally the jewel of Monte di Rota is its big swimming pool (20x5.5m) which has an extra corner for children, only 60cm deep. On the lawn around the pool, each group has its own gazebo. The pool terrace offers a fantastic view over the Chianti valley.
L'appartamento "Campo" si trova nella Valdambra, al confine del Chianti. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale tra Siena, Arezzo e Firenze è ideale per chi intende combinare un soggiorno che alterna relax e riposo a visite di città d'arte. Il podere è posto su una tra le più alte colline del territorio, il suo panorama spazia dai vigneti del Chianti fino a Siena.

L'appartamento occupa il piano terra di una grande casa colonica. Ognuna delle due camere ha un bagno privato e un finestrone che apre sull'esterno. Il salotto ospita un divano-letto grazie a cui la stanza si può trasformare in una terza camera. All'esterno si trova una loggia con un grande tavolo e un giardino privato panoramico con barbecue.

La perla di Monte di Rota è infine la grande piscina, provvista di vasca per bambini. La terrazza e il giardino con gazebo riservati per ogni gruppo offrono un panorama spettacolare. La piscina e la zona giochi rendono le case ideali per famiglie con bambini. Anche i cani sono benvenuti!

Due to its location, Monte di Rota is an ideal base for touring both the Valdambra (Ambra valley) and Chianti.
By car, it takes about half an hour to reach Arezzo, Siena, thermal baths and many of the small picturesque villages for which Tuscany is so famous.
It takes less than an hour to go to Florence, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Pienza and Cortona.
It is about one hour and a half for a beautiful drive to Pisa and the magnificent beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea.

Entro mezz'ora di distanza si trovano Arezzo, Siena, località termali, i vigneti del Chianti e piccoli splendidi paesi.
