The house is in a very quiet little village in south Vendée, near Marais Poitevin. Known as "Green Venise", it sits between La Rochelle and Puy du Fou.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace, Satellite TV with free French and foreign channels, VCR, DVD player, Hi-Fi and telephone; separate kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, microwave and electric oven; utility room with washing machine and freezer; bathroom; double bedroom with TV, DVD player and en suite shower room.

First floor: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on the mezzanine. Towels, tea towels and bed linen provided. Beds are made on arrival. Also available: books, videos, DVDs and board games. Free WiFi internet access.

Outside: private garden and sunny terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs, dining area with BBQ. Mountain bikes available.

There are 2 bedrooms and one mezzanine room.
One bedroom is on the ground floor with a large double bed (160cm), TV, DVD player and an en suite with shower, sink and WC. The other bedroom is upstairs with a double bed (140cm).
The mezzanine is also upstairs, enclosed on three sides, and has two 3/4 beds (120cm) - an ideal room for children. We provide bedding and make the beds fresh for when you arrive.

Selon la composition de la famille, vous pourrez choisir soit la chambre à l'étage, soit la chambre mezzanine. Les jeunes enfants préféreront la chambre mezzanine adaptée à leur taille.. Le jeune ado préférera l'intimité de la chambre de l'étage. Les parents occuperont la chambre parentale du rez de chaussée.

A l'extérieur : jardin privé de 500 m² , terrasse ensoleillée, séjour d’été couvert avec cheminée barbecue. 3 salons de jardin judicieusement disposés pour vous permettre de profiter de tous les moments de la journée et de toutes les orientations du soleil.

Prices are per week and vary depending on the time of year. We require a down payment of 25% of the total cost on booking. Bookings are from 4pm Saturday until 10 am the following Saturday. Arrival and departure days are flexible at certain times of year and for last minute bookings.
