Small apartment, 25 sq. mt., 200 metres from town centre, with terrace and private parking (best for small cars). Washing machine in a little box outside the living area.
Small but renovated bathroom.
Suitable for 2 guests.

Supermarket at 200 metres.
Piccolo monolocale di 25 mq con giardino, terrazzino e posto macchina a duecento metri dalla Piazza Comando, duecento metri dal più vicino supermercato. Dalla strada principale un cancelletto porta al giardino dove c'è un piccolo disimpegno con lavatrice, bombola del gas e autoclave collegata ad un serbatoio di acqua di mille litri posizionato all'esterno, che consente un minimo di autonomia in caso di mancanza di acqua dalla rete (comunque non è mai mancata negli ultimi cinque anni). Il posto macchina è privato ma non è molto grande ed anche il bagno, come l'appartamento, è piccolo ma funzionale. Il bagno è stato appena ristrutturato. C'è l'aria condizionata.

From Olbia follow signs to Palau, takeyour car on the ferry ( very 30 minutes in high season).
At La Maddalena harbour, head south west till the "anchor roundabout", then via Ammiraglio Magnaghi and turn right before the Villa Marina Hotel, take the next left turn and stop at via Caio Duilio 7
Aeroporto o Porto di Olbia, prendere direzione Palau.
Dal porto di Palau traghetti ogni mezz'ora per La Maddalena. Dal Porto di La Maddalena prendere la strada verso la Piazza Umberto I. All'ancora prendere via Ammiraglio Magnaghi e poi la prima a destra, appena prima dell'Hotel Villa Marina. Alla fine della discesa girare a sinistra fino in fondo alla strada. Il monolocale si trova al numero 7.
