In a quiet hamlet on the edge of the forest, at the foot of the Prorel, near Briançon, an individual building with two apartments in an old 17th century renovated farm.

La Charmence, an 80m2 house, with space, comfort and charm.
You can reach the house by external steps.
A living room with a wood-burning stove, designed for relaxation, gives onto the hamlet’s square. With a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
On the same floor, a large bedroom with a wide bed.
On the first floor, a beautiful bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.
Dressing area, garden space.
Careful! Access to the first floor is difficult for the disabled as the stairs are inconvenient for people with reduced mobility.

La Guisane, a 70m2 ground-floor apartment, garden level, spacious and user-friendly (2/8 people). Refer to ad 2888.

La Clarée, a charming 50m2 apartment with two bedroom (4/6 people). Refer to ad 3003.

In winter : close to Serre Chevalier ski resort, walking or skiing access to Serre Chevalier’s domain. Cross-country skiing, sledging, trecking, hicking, snowshoe, wonderfull hiking trail around and in the Ecrins domain. Close to Montgenèvre ski resort, Puit Saint Vincent and Le Grave.

In the summer, starting point of hiking trail (GR), mountain bike...

Dans un petit hameau calme au pied du Prorel, proche de Briançon, une maison individuelle ainsi qu'un grand appartement dupleix de caractère, dans une vieille bâtisse du XVIIème,

On y accède par un escalier extérieur d'une dizaine de marches
Un jardin, non attenant, situé à 50m est à votre disposition avec BBQ

Un séjour, conçu pour la détente, donnant sur la placette du hameau et communicant avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, coin repas.
Sur le même niveau, une chambre spacieuse avec grand couchage.
A l'étage, une belle chambre, salle d'eau et wc
Local de rangement, jardin partagé à disposition

Attention, l'accès à l'étage se fait par un escalier et ne convient pas aux personnes ayant une mobilité réduite ou au trés jeunes enfants

-Roche Colombe: un appartement en dupleix, très convivial et spacieux de 125m².(de 2 à 9 personnes),avec une grande salle voûtée : séjour salle à manger.. 3 chambres, un salon à l'étage..2 salles d'eau, ....voir annonce 2888

L'hiver : la proximité du domaine de Serre-Chevalier, avec possibilité de rejoindre à pied ou à ski le domaine .
Ski de fond ,raquettes, luge, superbes randos sur place ou dans le parc des écrins.
Proximité des station de Montgenèvre, Puit saint Vincent, La Grave.....

L'été : Point de départ de randonnées (GR), dans le parc des écrins, la vallée de la Clarée...... ou simples promenades.VTT, Vélo ( col du Galibier, de l'Isoard...et bien d'autres..
