The house is a little ville with two floors and spacious balconies located on the two sides of the house.
On the ground floor there is a large garage with bathroom, where it's possible to find a bath and a washing machine; on the first floor there is a large, comfortable and well equipped kitchen; then there is a living room, a study and a bathroom; on the second floor there is the sleeping area with a large bedroom, two single bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Each room is well furnished and decorated. The house is situated in a quiet and well served zone, very close to the town center, with a wide parking area directly in front of it.

Casa Vacanza Pina è una villetta a schiera distribuita su due livelli con un terrazzo e con ampi balconi situati su i due lati della casa. A piano terra c’è un ampio garage con bagno, dotato di vasca da bagno, e angolo lavanderia; al primo piano si trova la cucina abitabile, fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici; poi c’è la zona soggiorno, uno studio e un bagno; al secondo piano si trova la zona notte composta da un’ampia camera matrimoniale, due camere singole e un bagno dotato di doccia.
