The 120 square metre holiday home, a complete house for max. 6 people, is detached on a 1500 square metre, fully fenced residential property within a quiet residential area on the edge of a forest. The restaurant, harbour and bathing beach at Bodstedter Bodden are all within a few hundred metres. The house, built in 2006, was furnished to a high standard and meets the highest demands. There is a main house and an annexe, each with two living levels. On the ground floor of the main house there is a large living/dining area (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, fireplace, dining table), an open-plan kitchenette (gas hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and a small guest WC. The utility room with washing machine and freezer is also the entrance to the annexe. Here there is a further bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC and a sauna on the upper floor (access via a steep staircase). A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles, garage and car park. The property is lovingly laid out and decorated with many details. For example, there is a converted farm trailer, an orchard and a stone oven. Various bicycles can be hired on site for a fee.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. The owner lives separately at the rear of the property.

Fuhlendorf is located south of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula on the Bodstedter Bodden. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst and the small town of Barth are approx. 12 km away. There are two restaurants, shops (mini-shop), bicycle and boat hire and a tennis court in the village.
Zeesboot trips are possible on the Bodden, there is a surfing school and several riding stables in the area. The region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe and offers impressive natural spectacles every year in spring and autumn. Thanks to the well-developed network of cycle paths, the area is ideal for exploring by bike.
