SITTING ROOM
When you enter the home, you are greeted by the quiet, open oasis of the Sitting Room. There are two large sofas - perfect for lounging, playing games and hanging out! Moving through the sitting room you'll find the first of many dining areas: a round dining table for four.
DINING AREAS & KITCHEN
Moving past the Sitting Room you'll find the large, open kitchen! You may enter the kitchen through the main hallway or through the butler's kitchen. There is a large, square dining table for eight off the kitchen as well as kitchen counter bar style seating for four! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal or a quick snack - just add groceries!
LIVING ROOM
The kitchen leads into the main living room which features a large, leather sectional couch. The sectional seats six people comfortably. There is also a 65" flat screen TV and a DVD player.
GAMES ROOM

CHILD FRIENDLY
Included in the home is the use of the Pack-n-Play (travel cot), highchair and stroller. There are also children's plates, cups and utensils.
LAUNDRY
There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and pool towels.
POOL & SPA/HOT TUB
Loved by all is the outdoor living space! Take advantage of the private south facing pool and spa/hot tub, relax on the 2 sun loungers or 2 large patio chairs, or enjoy al fresco dining set for 4. There is a KitchenAid Gas Grill and Outdoor Sink conveniently built into the covered patio area, all included in your stay and available for your use! There is a pool safety fence for families with little ones. Finally, enjoy the beautiful conservation view on this corner/roundabout lot!
* Pool heat is $35 plus tax per night. Pool heat is recommended October - May.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F and the hot tub is set to 100-102 F.
* Pool heat timer runs from 7am - 11pm.
* The Spa will be heated to 100-102 degrees Fahrenheit with "Pool Heat" purchased.
* Pool Heat runs from 7am to 11pm.
