The incomparable beauty of this finca is going fascinate you. It emanates a great feeling of peace and calm thanks to the large extension of green artificial lawn around the absolutely wonderful Mallorcan stone building. Every day when you wake up or maybe in the afternoon, you can have a walk, with total privacy, not only around this beautiful greenery, but also throughout the 14000 m² of fields belonging to this finca. This will help you to relax and enjoy a nice day in the chlorine pool. It sizes 12 x 5.5 metres with a water depth that ranges from 1 to 1.8 metres, and it also features a 1.20 metres long children pool with 0.5 metres depth, 10 sun loungers, 2 Bali beds, an exterior shower and a large table with chairs where you can taste an exquisite barbecue made with firewood. A true paradise! In addition, there is a ping-pong table and three bicycles. The adjoining property belongs to the owners and you can enter it to pick seasonal fruit and vegetables from the organic garden, as well as fresh eggs from the animals that live there.

With two storeys and a spectacular decoration, the house offers a great glazed porch where you can prepare succulent recipes on the gas barbecue. From here you can access the inside, where you find a spacious living-dining room, perfect to spend family or friend time on the chaise longue sofas by the TV with satellite channels. The kitchen also is open to the same room and it becomes the best place for the family master chef, who will be entertained by the ceramic hob while the rest of you enjoy an appetiser on the bar stools or lay the table. The laundry room is independent and it is equipped with a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a tumble dryer. There are 5 bedrooms in total, all of them with two twin beds and a wardrobe, but one which has a walk-in closet. Two of them are located downstairs, one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a tub. There is another bathroom and a toilet for the rest of the floor. The rest of the rooms are upstairs. One has an en-suite shower bathroom, and another one features an en-suite bathroom with separated shower and tub. Two out of the three rooms also have direct access to the sunny terrace with pool views. And if you are travelling with babies we can provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Finally, it should be pointed out that there are 2 stationary bicycles in the house and that it is equipped with ducted air-conditioning. For sure, these will be convincing enough to come to enjoy your vacation in here!

The property is about 800 metres away from the village of Santa Margarita, a very quiet area within the island, very well connected and with all needed services for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, petrol station, supermarket, etc. It has an easy access by road to the coast, including beautiful beach areas like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort, where you can enjoy the crystalline waters, the white and fine sand, and the delicious paellas by the sea.

The owner will give you an ensaimada (the most typical sweet of Mallorca), a bottle of wine and an assortment of drinks (juice, milk, beer).
The firewood for the barbecue is available and free.
It has a garage where up to 10 bicycles can be stored.
