Very good location: clean, consistent with descriptive and very well equipped. The residence is lovely (palm trees, lawn, etc.) and very quiet even in the month of August. Denia is a beautiful city with plenty of things to see and do not get bored. The small shopping center next to the residence is 100 meters and practice (practice for fresh bread ..) The owners are very serious and no communication problem. The keys are made 15 days before departure. With this property are assured of a great holiday.

DENIA est une ville magnifique avec pleins de choses à voir et à faire impossible de s'ennuyer.
Le petit centre commercial à côté de la résidence est pratique et à 100 mètres (pratique pour le pain frais..)
Les propriétaires sont très sérieux et aucun problème de communication.
Les clés sont expédiées 15 jours avant le départ.
Avec cette location ce sont de très bonnes vacances assurées.

Very nice bungalow, very nice terrace. To specify that the bungalow is situated in a park of + / - 150 bungalow but very clean and pretty quiet, the pool is not crowded. The only problem is that you necessarily need a car to move outside the camp and that most place to visit do not have free parking. I want to clarify that the terrace is one of the most beautiful and most pleasant camp.

Le seul problème est qu'il vous faut obligatoirement une voiture pour vous déplacer à l'extérieur du camp et que la plupart des endroit à visiter ne possèdent pas de parking gratuit.
Je tiens à préciser que la terrasse est une des plus belle et la plus agréable du camp.

We rarely received like this: you really feel like guests ... And yet, we experienced vacation rentals! And this is not the first time we have stayed at Flic-en-Flac, but that hat! Really, it's great: very convenient and comfortable accommodation, friendly setting and owner who knows how to be there without being too far ... The price / quality ratio is rare, believe us. Really, you will not be disappointed with this choice, and I wish you happy holidays!
Nous avons rarement été reçu comme cela : on a vraiment l'impression d'être des invités... Et pourtant, on en a connu des locations de vacances !!! Et ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venions à Flic-en-Flac, mais là, chapeau !
Vraiment, c'est génial : le logement très pratique et confortable, le cadre sympa et un proprio qui sait être là sans être trop présent... Le rapport qualité/prix est rare, croyez-nous.
Vraiment, vous ne pourrez pas être déçu de ce choix, et je vous souhaite de bonnes vacances !
Lovely apartment, and the owner, who lives above, was very helpful. The apartment is very well equiped, With almost anything you Could wish for (only thing missing for us Inglés is a teapot!) The swimming pool looks great, but being there in February meant we did not use it. There is Also a good BBQ area by the side of the pool. We did not need additional heating, only the gas fire in the living room, as it is a very cozy apartment. The ONLY thing that Could use improvement are the instructions for getting there. But we asked at the Tourist Office and They Knew exactly where it was. Within walking distance of the weekly market, and a 5 minuites drive of the beach area. Altogether very nice!

We've been in summer 2008 in the same mobile home, and we are equally pleased with our vacation this year. The quality of service has remained the same. Absolutely no complaints, it was perfect.

Value for money very satisfying (I must say that the price of other rental mobile homes 7-800 Euros per week is very exaggerated). The owners gave us a warm welcome.

Change of scenery in this house dome. Life is outside, in the sun, with a small beach just 150 meters from the house ... But it is small. Only downside, the distance ... It is far from everything, Sciacca is a good twenty kilometers and 1 village at least 5km ... But great for lovers of peace!
Dépaysement garantie dans cette maisonnette en forme de dôme. La vie se fait dehors, au soleil, avec une petite plage à peine 150 mètres de la maison... Mais elle est petite. Seul bémol, l'éloignement... On est loin de tout, Sciacca étant à une bonne vingtaine de kilomètres et le 1er village à au moins 5km... Mais super pour les amoureux du calme !
I highly recommend this property. Very good communication with the owners before departure, no worry to join. We received the keys by mail before departure and the deposit was returned promptly. Onsite setting is very nice, in a quiet residence. Few people in the pool. Sandy beach very close walk with shops nearby. No need to take the car to run errands. The bungalow is fully equipped (kitchen accessories, sunbathing, ...). Landscapes are very nice and there are many marked trails for walking. On near Dénia opportunity to swim snorkeling sites, as do beautiful ... Clearly, 15 days holiday really very nice.
Je recommande fortement cette location. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires avant le départ, aucun souci pour les joindre. Nous avons reçu les clés par la poste avant le départ et la caution a été rendu rapidement. Sur place le cadre est très agréable, dans une résidence calme. Peu de personne dans la piscine. Plage de sable très proche à pied avec tous les commerces à proximité. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour faire des courses. Le bungalow est tout équipé (accessoires cuisine, bain de soleil,... ).Les paysages sont très agréables et il y a de nombreux chemins balisés pour faire des balades. Sur des sites proches de Dénia possibilité de nager en tuba, à faire car magnifique... En clair, 15 Jours de vacances vraiment très très agréables.
