Pièce principale donnant sur un jardin arboré privatif de 40 m2 (pergola, barbecue, mobilier de Jardin).
Le logement est proche de trois hypermarchés (Auchan, Leclerc, Carrefour) avec tous commerces et station service sont situés à 10 mn de la maison. Un « Intermarché » avec Station Service est situé à 2mn de la maison. Le marché provençal du centre-ville est à 8 mn à pied de la maison. Deux pizzerias, une papeterie-tabac et un arrêt de bus sont à 1mn de la maison (bas de la rue). Possibilité de prendre le bateau-bus pour Toulon à 10 mn à pied.
