On a hill overlooking the bay of Porto Ottiolu, there is a house where, for many years, my family has spent their summer holidays and short winter breaks.
A few years ago, I refurbished part of the house with the purpose of creating two small apartments attached to the main house to host friends and acquaintances.
They are designed for people who are looking for a destination to enjoy a peaceful and quiet moment, while having the possibility to enjoy livelier moments close by.
This is what the house offers and is what people who come and visit us are looking for.
In detail:
- both apartments form part of a bigger house, surrounded by fenced 3000 sqm grounds, that is attended by the owner and his family mainly during the summer season;
- the house stands on a smooth hill overlooking the bay of Porto Otttiolu, benefiting from a stunning view over the bay and the coast southwards, including the beach, the small island across from the beach and the little tourist harbour;
- the house is slightly apart from the harbour and the little village around the harbour, which is why it is peaceful and quiet, even in peak season.
Sulla morbida collina che domina la baia di Porto Ottiolu c'è una casa dove, da tanti anni, la mia famiglia trascorre le vacanze estive e, spesso, anche brevi periodi invernali.
Ho deciso di ristrutturare una parte dell’immobile e creare così due piccole dependence annesse alla casa principale, in modo da potere ospitare amici e conoscenti.
Questo annuncio descrive una delle due dependence, che è composta da soggiorno con angolo cottura, stanza da letto con letto matrimoniale, bagno e che gode di un ampio patio coperto.
L'altra dependence è invece oggetto di un ulteriore annuncio n. 120942 (nonché di un terzo annuncio n. #123018, per l'eventualità che si sia interessati ad avere la disponibilità di entrambi gli appartamenti).
Sono spazi concepiti per chi, anche nei periodi più affollati, cerca di conciliare la vicinanza di luoghi frequentati e animati, con la possibilità di godere della massima tranquillità.
Questo offre la casa e questo desiderano le persone che ci vengono a trovare per stare qualche giorno con noi.
In particolare:
- entrambe le dependance fanno parte di una casa più ampia, circondata da 3000 mq di terreno cintato, abitata dal proprietario e dalla sua famiglia come residenza di vacanza, prevalentemente durante il periodo estivo;
- la casa è posizionata su un piccolo promontorio che domina la baia di Porto Ottiolu e gode di una bellissima vista su tutta la costa verso sud, compreso l isolotto che si trova di fronte alla spiaggia, la spiaggia stessa ed il porto turistico;
- la casa è leggermente separata dal porto e dal borgo che si sviluppa attorno allo stesso, il che garantisce pace e quiete anche durante l’ alta stagione, quando l’intera località diventa affollata;
- tutto è comunque raggiungibile a piedi: la spiaggia, il porto, i ristoranti, i cafè, i negozi, e così pure la farmacia, il giornalaio, il bancomat, etc. ... sono a soli 5 -10 minuti a piedi.
