On the lower floor, there are two family rooms, each consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, communicating without a partition, with a shared bathroom.
Outside, guests have access to a separate area dedicated to the kitchen (private gazebo with equipped kitchen), a covered outdoor dining area with shading, and a sea-view pool with sunbeds.
