Newly renovated apartment in a private residence with a glazed terrace and views of the island of Benidorm as it is on the 9th floor. Sunny apartment all day.

There is a supermarket in the same building, restaurants and some services in the area.

The apartment is located 350m from Poniente beach and a 10-minute walk from the town center.

It has 1 room with two single beds and a sofa bed (maximum 3 adults).

Only for SUMMER months.
All utilities and a parking space are included in the price. There is a green area/garden and swimming pool.

Vacations only from June to October 2024.
It is rented for fortnights or a whole month during the months of July, August and September.
