At the heart of the domain of the Manoir du Midi in Vias, a large wooded area ideal to relax in the shade of trees or in the pool of the domain, come and stay in the cottage la Provençale, a cottage for two people fully furnished and decorated with care to make you spend pleasant warm moments in calm and serenity.
The cottage la Provençale, adjoining the three other cottages of the area, has Wifi and air conditioning, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. This cottage, in the beautiful colors of the South and the Provence, is an apartment consisting of a living room with living room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror. The living area is therefore composed of a kitchen and a sitting area with a pretty wooden dining table (with a welcome gift on arrival), a storage unit and a sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed. The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with combined microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen. The room, beautifully decorated with lavander, has a double bed 160x200 cm, a TV facing the bed and elegant storage furniture.
The Manoir du Midi also has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, available on request to the owners.
Outside, the cottage has a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a plancha. You will also find many amenities to relax and spend pleasant holidays, including a large swimming pool common to the four cottages to refresh you under the sun of the Hérault! The area has a petanque court for some wild parties, and a relaxation area in the shade with tables and chairs close to the pool. Side wooded spaces, you will also enjoy a large space fully shaded with picnic table, benches, chairs, a set of cozy spaces in nature.
Attention, on the town of Vias, the amount of the tourist tax is to be paid directly to the owner and not online.
The domain, secured by a gate, has private parking spaces for the four cottages, and you can also have space to store any bicycles.
Note that a railway track passes not far from the list and can cause some slight noises when you are outside the list.
