The location is ideal and quiet.
The accommodation is very well equipped, with quality appliances, very good bedding. It is also very well maintained and clean. The view and access to the canal is great. The major asset remains the swimming pool!
However, the lack of air conditioning upstairs (bedroom) is very penalizing despite the presence of ceiling fans and a mobile air conditioning unit (very/too noisy). Note that the bed in the second bedroom is a convertible sofa (with good bedding).
Communication with Annie went smoothly.
To do again without hesitation if air conditioning is added upstairs
