Inside, two double bedrooms (with king-size beds) and a spacious living room with two sofa beds and a SmartTV (with Netflix, Youtube, etc.) will welcome you with rustic yet elegant design. One of the double bedrooms offers private access from the street and both rooms have en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and all modern conveniences, invites you to experience local cuisine, while the outdoor area, with a barbecue and a traditional pizza oven, is ready to host memorable dinners under the stars.
The exterior reveals a true corner of paradise: a spacious terrace merges with an elevated green garden, perfect for sunbathing and admiring the breathtaking sea view.
There's also an additional relaxation area with a bench in front of the house, perfect for enjoying the most beautiful sunrises in all of Villasimius. Free street parking is available.
