This holiday apartment is in one of the most beautiful districts of Zadar, in Arbanasi-Kolovare. The apartment is on the first floor of a single-family house about 15 to 20 minutes on foot from the centre of the old town and the well-known sights. The accommodation is suitable for a family holiday, for summer holiday for a group of friends, and for an active holiday.
You can sit together and relax on the terrace belonging to the apartment, furnished with a table and chairs. The beautifully designed interior courtyard provides a parking space and you can also use the brick-built outdoor grill.
The comfortable apartment provides 80m² of space for four to six people. The centrepiece of the holiday apartment is the large, air-conditioned living room-kitchen consisting of a cosy sitting corner, a dining space and an open kitchen, fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa can be used as an additional bed for one or two guests. The two bedrooms provide a double bed 200cm wide and two single beds 90cm wide. The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a bath, WC, hairdryer and washing machine. Air conditioning, Internet and satellite TV are provided.
Within 400 metres you can find a grocery shop, restaurants and an ATM. It is 300 metres to various beaches (sand, pebble, rock) with gastronomy such as cafés, a pizzeria and a cake shop. It is about a kilometre from the house to a swimming pool and a disco. The large promenade Punta Bajlo runs along the beach not far from the apartment. From Zadar you can visit the Croatian national parks Plitvice lakes, Krka waterfalls and Kornati islands, of special interest to nature lovers.
